This $7000 grant is to support prevention and intervention re sex trafficking via two courses. Prevention is addressed by “My Life, My Choice” for at risk youth; focus will be on teaching at risk youth the tactics that pimps and traffickers use to entrap young victims into a life of commercial sexual exploitation. Intervention is addressed by “Ending the Game” for victimized girls; focus will be on educating and empowering the victims by uncovering harmful psychological coercion to which victims have been subjected. |
